If you want to improve you running speed and technique, then this could be the activity for you. This session focuses on the concept of running being a skill that requires technical development. You will be guided through basic running form and technique, incorporating strength and coordination exercises to make you a better and injury-free runner. This session is suitable for runners of all levels, from beginners to advanced and includes theoretical information and practical exercise.
For more specific guidance on your running you can book a personal instruction with one of our running coaches. They will give running drills, strength exercises and other tips to help you improve your running performance.
If you want to take things to the next level, our Sports Performance Studio also offers a running analysis service, where your running style will be videoed and analysed.
